With the coming of warm weather and summer sunshine it usually means good times are right around the corner for us humans, but unfortunately for pets, the warm weather also means a rise in the insect population. Here we have compiled a list of ten fleas and tick prevention tips which can help keep your pets protected in the coming months so that they can enjoy the summer just as much as you do.
With every exercise program, I like to add in core exercises because they tend to get the whole body, and of course, the core muscles. Many times when working out the core muscles, it targets many different muscle groups, and gives you an ‘all over body workout’.
Number three. You have access to professional organizations. There are professional associations for all kinds of businesses – when you find one in your line of business you will have access to invaluable information, conferences and like minded people willing to share information with you. Using our tai chi example once more, I found several national and international associations and then decided to get more laser focused on associations within Southern California, where I live. I found several including specialty areas such as the Aerospace Employees Association Tai Chi Club and the Tai Chi for Arthritis Association. See if you can find a few associations for your interests.
Rainy Day Funds. Life’s little emergencies [as well as big ones] can cause you to plunge into debt faster than you can even imagine. Set aside 3 to 6 months of your annual salary in a special account and only draw upon the funds in an absolute emergency. If you think you’d be tempted to plunder the fund, establish an account with an online institution such as ING DIRECT to make it difficult to get instant access to your monies.
Use dividers to separate each set of sheets into categories. The system you use to label the coupon sheets is up to use. You might consider putting them in groups such as food, paper products, home health aide salary and beauty, restaurants, etc. Some people prefer to organize their binder by store. Use whatever system you feel most comfortable with. The idea of organizing is to make it as simple to use as possible so don’t stress over it. If one system doesn’t work for you, keep trying. You will eventually find one that works.
If we look at it logically, young people don’t need to exercise (and do, hard) and older people do need to exercise (and don’t). There’s a interesting paradox! We need to look at this unquestioning acceptance of exercise as a good thing, as we hear very little of the personal and financial consequences of going for it.
It’s easy, in our busy world, to get into the routine of eating convenience foods that are loaded in both good and bad fat… but which are not a good “deal” for your body. My clients tend to be busy people – some own a business, some work as managers and leaders, and some make a living through educated investing – and they often need coaching about the need to pay attentiion to their personal vitality. After all, your business comes to a screeching halt if you run out of energy (or, worse, end up sick or disabled).
As you relax in the mystical world of sleep, your subconscious finish what you started, and get answers to their mystery. When I wake up, prepare to get a shot of intuition.
