There is no possible way that I could do all the work involved with running our household of seven. The amount of laundry alone is a week-long chore. Add to that all of the meal prep, dishes, yardwork, and necessary house cleaning.
Note: For new moms with infants, realize that your schedule is going to be a little unpredictable, so you may need some help until your baby is on a schedule that’s a little less exhausting!

Before you start, make certain you have enough storage containers and plastic freezer bags.
For instance, all of the activities that make up my morning routine are time consistent. I know that each morning I need 30 minutes to meditate, and another 5-10 minutes to write down any thoughts that come up during my meditation.
